This Hue Compressor DCTL allows you to compress hues around one or more target hues. The target hue acts similar to a magnetic field which attracts hues more strongly the closer they are to the target hue. Applications range from correcting skin tones to creating custom color palettes with ease. Complementary and Triadic modes allow you to select several target hues that act as the main color centers towards which adjacent hues will be compressed.
This tool can be used in log or linear. Using it in linear may require advanced workflows and the choice of a good DRT to ensure correct behaviour.
